Yes, I had a wierd urge to draw him last night....
So this is my version of Hyper Sonic, all Fleetway-ed up. I haven't posted any of my recent pics of him, and there's been a lot of design tweaking going on since the last one that ended up online...
I noticed that in STC, each time Super Sonic showed up he was a little bit different, gradually evolving into more extreme and distorted forms- like developing claws and fangs, thin spidery hands, more slanted eyes, a pointier nose... etc etc. So Hyper gets the same treatment, only more so :p

Well it makes sense to me, anyway...

That's the second Hyper Sonic I've seen so far these past two days. Must be contagious.

Your version kicks arse. I wouldn't expect much else as your style could make Cream look badass, but Hyper's teeth in this really give it some raw power. Very raw ^^
